She has done and is doing art work with children; she has written books, drawn pictures, made sculptures with natural materials. She loves walking in the forest with children, visiting exhibitions, thinking, questioning and producing together. She organized ecology-themed art workshops in various platforms, schools, museums, associations and geographies. Since 2014, she has been doing one-to-one art workshops & therapies. She believes in the power of solidarity with the universality of art and Permaculture. She loves bringing beautiful people together; dolphins, trees, elephants, birds; most of all planting trees with children.

Music and musicianship, designing learning experiences supported by a background in psychology and philosophy, and active teaching have intersected in diverse and creative ways throughout Banu's 27 years of professional life. Her audiences range from children to youth and adults. Along with music, she continues to produce ecology-based educational/activity content.

For many years, she has worked both in the kitchen and in the field of various social responsibility projects in the fields of education, culture and arts for children. Her journey, which started with children's theater, was colored and diversified with her curiosity in different disciplines. She continues her doctoral studies as a researcher who seeks answers to her studies in the field of early childhood education in holistic ways from an interdisciplinary perspective. Within this framework, she is interested in permaculture design, education for sustainability, children's literature, ecology, environmental ethics, nature-based education, connectedness to nature, biomimicry, nonviolent communication, social-emotional development, creative dance concepts; Waldorf, forest and Orff Schulwerk pedagogy. She continues to train children, young people and adults in the subject areas she has been working on in her professional life.

He graduated from I.U. Astronomy and Space Sciences in 2018 and completed her master's degree in Astrophysics at Çukurova University. A graduate of Marmara University French Language Teaching program, she is an artist who has created an interdisciplinary playground for herself. After the February 6 earthquake, she spent five months in Hatay and collaborated with non-governmental organizations such as Gümüşgöze Çocukevi, Bir Şey 1 Şeydir, Haytap, Greenpeace, Geççi, Hayata Destek. With her diplomas as a landscape architect, urban designer and permaculture designer, she has these identities and finds herself in organic farming, ancestral seed collecting and distributing, and seed activism. Believing that ecovillages would be the solution to global warming, in 2012 she started to pursue successful ecovillages. After visiting New Zealand and Australia, she started living in Crystal Waters Ecovillage in 2014.
